Company Information Sheet (CIS) is a form that contains various information and facts about a company for the purpose of informing the audience and readers (e.g. customers, suppliers, etc.).

What is a company Information Sheet used for?

The information sheet provides a structured format for collecting and storing important company information such as name, address, contact numbers and subsidiary company information. This ensures that all the necessary information is easily accessible in one document.
